To you O.M.J.
hearts break...
slow and steady ache...
you couldn't bring her back
or even wish it wasn't that...
pondering and wondering...
the last goodbye.
or her final cry...
remembering her...
so strong and proud...
bold and beautifully sound.
yet.. too weak and slight
to ward off fate's delights....
hands of a monstrous man....
consume a beautiful sight...
sick and savage...
were his deeds.
a rapist at play...
a murderer and mutilator
so much hate...
a work of art...
so he thought....
no remorse or righteous thoughts...
oh how she cried....
fought and died...
gleaming with pride...
as he now sits behind
prison bars...
far too good of life..
for a cold...
sadistic heart...
at trial's stand...
he laughs and taunts...
for he has hidden her parts...
keeping her remains for play...
her family gathers...
so mournful and disdained...
loathing...
hurting...
grieving...
tears fall upon unjust ground...
heads are hung heavy....
hearts are left empty...
and now as he sits
upon his prison bed...
lays back...
safe and sound
from death row's marvelous bells.
smiling as he recalls
her warmth.
and sweet perfume smells.
leaving her loved ones cold
down to the bone.
